Michelle Brooks Webb
Michelle opened Dance Perfections in 1991 with a simple conviction: children deserve real dance training and a place where they feel genuinely known. Three decades later, she still leads the studio with that same standard—hiring qualified teachers who care as much about a dancer’s confidence as their technique, and welcoming a second generation of local families through the door.

Every class at Dance Perfections is led by an instructor with real training in the style they teach, from creative movement for preschoolers to advanced ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap and hip hop.
Teachers who know your dancer
Class sizes stay small enough that instructors know each dancer by name, track their progress year to year, and talk with parents about what comes next.
A team that grew up here
Many of our instructors and assistants began as Dance Perfections students, and they teach with the same warmth and standards they were raised on.
